send you our free newsletter, The Weekly Step towards Health;
let you know when our group programme opens, if you joined that list;
share occasional updates about VitalTurn.

How we store it
Your email is stored and managed through Substack, our newsletter provider, which processes your data on our behalf. Substack may store data outside the EU; by subscribing, you consent to this transfer. You can read Substack’s own privacy policy at substack.com.
